Edgar Cayce...Just thought Id share

Edgar Cayce made this prediction in 1932.

16. (Q) How was this particular Great Pyramid of Gizeh built?
(A) By the use of those forces in nature as make for iron to swim. Stone floats in the air in the same manner. This will be discovered in '58.

The Earth's magnetosphere was discovered in 1958 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnetotail

I read this thread then read the Wiki link. It's plays for a nice plot. I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but I am more then familure with Mr. Cayce and his sleeping predictions. He seemed to be more descriptive then our wonderful French seer Mr. N. None-the-less, archeology has settled for human ingenuity as the accepted explanation as to how these structures were erected.

Then again, what's to say that we weren't advanced once upon a time and a cataclysmic event didn't wipe our early society off of our known world map?
